Itinerary

Airport reception and transfer to your hotel. Meet your team for a comprehensive trek overview.
Scenic 7-hour drive along the Trishuli and Marsyangdi rivers to the regional hub of Besisahar.
Begin walking through terraced rice fields and subtropical forests, crossing suspension bridges to Bahundanda.
Descend steeply to the river valley floor, walking past steep cliffs and massive waterfalls to Chamje.
Enter the Manang district by walking through the beautiful cliff-enclosed village of Tal to Dharapani.
Ascend through dense pine and rhododendron forests, enjoying close-up views of Lamjung Himal.
Walk through a dramatic rock-carved path past the iconic Paungda Danda curved rock face to Pisang.
Take the upper route via Ghyaru for stunning panoramic vistas, descending into the broad valley of Manang.
A structured rest day. Take an optional short hike to Gangapurna Lake or Ice Lake.
Leave the main river valley behind and climb steadily up into alpine scrub pastures where wild yaks graze.
A short but demanding high-altitude trek across loose shale slopes to the base camp at Thorong Phedi.
An alpine start at 4:00 AM. Push hard up the switchbacks to cross Thorong La Pass (5,416m), dropping to Muktinath.
Walk through the wind-swept landscape of the Kali Gandaki valley, passing Kagbeni to reach Jomsom.
Walk through the apple orchards of Marpha, then catch a local jeep down through the gorge to Tatopani.
A blissful day off to soothe aching muscles in the natural riverside hot springs of Tatopani.
A challenging uphill trek out of the deep gorge, climbing through terraced farmlands to Ghorepani.
Pre-dawn hike up Poon Hill (3,210m) for sunrise. Hike down to Nayapul and take a private vehicle to Pokhara.
Return drive along the Prithvi Highway back to Kathmandu for your evening international flight home.
