Dole, at an elevation of 4,200 meters, is a scenic stop-over on the trek of the Dudh Koshi Valley’s Gokyo Valley. The small village offers spectacular views of Thamserku and Kangtega. Renowned for yak grazing fields and alpine meadows, it offers a peaceful resting ground for trekkers acclimatizing before ascending to Machhermo and Gokyo. Teahouses here offer warm hospitality and Himalayan vistas.
